Subtle Colouring Tones - a really easy exercise!

1/. First start off with an image with a busy background.

2/. In the laayers panel select the New Fill and Adjustment Layer icon, fourth in the line.

3/. Ensure the colour selector is set to black on top.

4/. Using the brush tool, fill in the colours.
