The Dreamtime - Assessment Task1

 

1/. This task involves you researching the topic ' what is the dreaming'. You need to read through the two links - Dreaming Culture and Dreaming is Timeless.

You then in your own words write an essay about what you have discoivered about the dreaming.

This does not involve copy and pasting. This involves reading, thinking about what has been written.

You can use headings to separate the content.

You can also use bullet points.

You can use several images to highlight what you are writing about.

The number of pages is expected to be four.

2/. The Dreamtime Story Assessment Task.

First you must have a look at the eight links with the red background.

Then you need to look at the selection of Dreamtime Stories and select one story and complete the task below. Make sure that you include images to make it all work. When completed and checked, you may do another Dreamtime story.

From the story you have selected, you as the story teller interpreter, need to answer the following, in a Word Document (one page for each of the six questions below with Images).

1/. Where is the story set - it's location.

2/. Who are the main characters and what do they represent in Dreamtime terminology.

3/. Are there any animals, other species in the story - what are they.

4/. What is the story all about - work through the story and find out what it is telling you.

5/. How does the story end.

6/. What did you learn from the story.
