1/. Find an image of a mountain range.

2/. Find someone to put in the mountain range.

3/. How the creativity happen, even further with a second image:

Open the mountain image again.

Then select Filter/Distort/Polar Co-ordinates, Rectangular to Polar and use the slider scale to find the best distortion. You could use the Polar to Regular option instead See the example below).

4/. Then use the Layers Opacity scale to blend the top image in, so it does not overtake the background. The over the top image will needs it's background removed by either:

Using the Magic Eraser tool, the eraser tool, the magic wand tool, or copying the image to a transparent image and taking out the background.

In this example the Magic Eraser tool was used after the image was placed over the top and it took only two mouse clicks to remove the background.

The original mountain (above) was used.

The Filter/Distort/Polar to Regular command was used.
