Sphero EFolio Instructions in how to complete

Students are to create an EFolio, based on Sphero.
This will be in the form of a Powerpoint slideshow, with video and needs to be updates after each exercise is completed.

1/. As each Sphero exercise is completed, a short video will need to be taken of each of the Sphero exercises in action, showing how the scripted movements to the exercise were carried out.

There needs to be one short video for each completed Sphero task, from the website.  This is a progressive working EFolio.
The video should show the Sphero movements from start to finish, as evidence of the exercise being completed.

There also needs to be folio notes on how the exercise went and what was accomplished, as well any suggested improvements in the coding instructions.

2/. In the Powerpoint slideshow, your group needs to show the following:
Slide 1 – Which is the title slide with all the team member’s names.
Slide 2 – Starts the exercises. This slide will have the title of the exercise, ie: Exercise 2 – Super Mine. The video is then to be inserted into this slide.
Slide 3 - You need to describe the exercise the team has just completed.  For example what exactly did the Sphero have to do – movements, colour changes, etc.
Then for each Sphero exercise completed, you need to document it as shown in slides 2 and 3 above.
If you achieve completing all the 12 exercises, your team can then build their own and document in the same manner as the other exercises.

3/. Inserting the video into the Powerpoint.
The videos need to be saved in a team member’s logon folder, with the EFolio.
In your slideshow, the command is Insert Video – then select the option On My PC, which would have been saved in your login drive folder.
Locate your video and insert it.
You can resize the video (larger), but leave enough space for your header and the video controls.
Open the slide in the Slide Show presenter mode and play it, to ensure it works correctly.
Then on the following slide, you need to write up how the exercise went and what it did.  This can be in dot point format.

4/. You then will hand in the EFolio in week 9 of the term for assessment.
