Image Placing and Page Headers

All images should be placed within tables (mainly nested tables) to keep the alignment for the webpage.

The first table is a one column, one row table that nests the image within the main table. The table border is set at zero and cannot be seen on the browser.
This two column table also allows text based content to be placed alongside an image. The table border usually set at zero has been opened up to a value of '1' so the table can be seen for this page's demonstration purposes.
